Preparation will show getting the brood ready and what you should have for equipment. If this is your first brood make sure you have everything you need before you order your chicks. After all they will depend on you, you are their mother! If you get your chicks when it's cold you should have extra Vitamins and electrolytes for them. No matter when you get them, you will need heat lamps. The Brooder shows you how we set ours up. It does not need to be fancy. You can make it out of what ever you have around, after all you will not need it long. Week one will show the whole thing in action. Plus you will see all those cute chicks!
